Position Overview: Warehouse Supervisor
Yara Ghana is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at the Tema Terminal. The role reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming products for quantity, type, and quality, ensuring proper labeling.
- Oversee product dispatch following delivery procedures.
- Manage warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct monthly stock audits and generate reports.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system accordingly.
- Supervise contracted labor and clerks within the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- Graduate Degree or Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of multinational experience.
- 3-5 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
- Health and safety expertise.
- Knowledge of SUN Accounting is a plus.
