Job Description

The Personal Assistant will support senior management with secretarial and administrative tasks, including:

  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Managing data entry, databases, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinating with internal departments, handling calls, and arranging travel.
  • Managing correspondence for senior management.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Copying, scanning, faxing documents, and taking notes.
  • Preparing facilities for events and arranging refreshments when needed.
  • Ordering office supplies and managing mail and courier services.
  • Ensuring adherence to best business practices and etiquette.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant is preferred.
  • Strong skills in document creation and spreadsheet management using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational abilities.
  • Competence in handling internal and external correspondence.
  • Familiarity with printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook.
  • HND or degree required.
