Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Background: A Master’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
• Professional Certification: Candidates should have Level 3 of an acceptable professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, ACIB, ICSA, or CIM (UK).
• Experience: Prior experience in rural and community banking is highly regarded.
