Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service through phone, in-person visits, email, or chat.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Build positive relationships with customers and identify opportunities to promote additional products and services.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, patience, and empathy.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
