Job Description
The Personal Assistant will support senior management with secretarial and administrative tasks, including:
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Managing data entry, databases, and record-keeping.
- Coordinating with internal departments, handling calls, and arranging travel.
- Managing correspondence for senior management.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Copying, scanning, faxing documents, and taking notes.
- Preparing facilities for events and arranging refreshments when needed.
- Ordering office supplies and managing mail and courier services.
- Ensuring adherence to best business practices and etiquette.
Qualifications and Experience
- 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant is preferred.
- Strong skills in document creation and spreadsheet management using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational abilities.
- Competence in handling internal and external correspondence.
- Familiarity with printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook.
- HND or degree required.
