1. Electrical Technician – Tema Factory

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support electrical installations, machine control, and automation.

• Assist in reducing power outages for plant equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work.

• Respond swiftly to machine breakdowns.

Qualifications:

• HND in Electrical Engineering.

• Hands-on experience in automation, electrical control systems, and electricity.

Skills & Attributes:

• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• Basic instrumentation knowledge.

• Strong planning, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Exposure to Total Performance Management (TPM) is a plus.
