1. Execute Healthcare Professional Communication Plans
   Coordinate and implement HCP engagement plans aligned with Field Force goals and annual medical detailing strategies.

2. Engage Medical and Paramedical Professionals
   Organise and manage educational activities related to infant nutrition, research and development.

3. Participate in Medical Events and Conferences
   Evaluate and recommend participation in relevant medical forums to promote Nestlé Nutrition solutions.

4. Build Strong Professional Relationships
   Independently manage and sustain long-term relationships with senior healthcare officials.

5. Deliver Scientific and Product Information
   Clearly communicate nutrition concepts, product features, benefits and appropriate use.
