Available Positions and Requirements

  1. Senior Manager, Human Resource
    Qualifications:

    • Master’s Degree in HRM, Business/Public Admin or related field

    • Member of a recognised professional body

    • 4+ years of relevant post-Bachelor’s experience

    Key Skills:
    Labour law knowledge, HRMIS management, leadership, policy planning, and training facilitation.

  2. Manager, Research
    Qualifications:

    • Master’s Degree in Project Management or related field

    • 1+ year of relevant post-Bachelor’s experience

    Key Skills:
    Quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis, statistical tools, and proposal development.

  3. Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs
    Qualifications:

    • Master’s in Communication Studies, International Relations, or similar

    • 4+ years of post-Bachelor’s experience

    • Membership of a relevant body is an advantage

    Key Skills:
    Public relations, stakeholder engagement, media monitoring, public education strategies.

  4. Principal Manager, Monitoring & Evaluation
    Qualifications:

    • Master’s in Project Management or related field

    • 6+ years relevant post-Bachelor’s experience (2 years in senior management)

    • Membership of a professional body

    Key Skills:
    M&E tools, data analysis, report generation, and policy assessment.

  5. Principal Manager, Administration
    Qualifications:

    • Master’s in HRM, Business/Public Admin, or related fields

    • 6+ years relevant experience, including 2 years in a senior role

    • Membership of a professional body is a plus

    Key Skills:
    Administrative systems development, resource planning, event organisation, and strategic planning.
