Overview
The Territory Development Officer (TDO) is pivotal to our company’s sales strategy. This role involves close collaboration with the Sales Manager to enhance the promotion and sale of the company’s products.
Duties
- Oversee assigned distributors to meet monthly targets, visiting key wholesalers and retailers regularly.
- Ensure distributors maintain the recommended pricing across all distribution channels.
- Serve as a liaison between distributors and the company, communicating distributor concerns to the Sales Manager.
- Promote company brands to wholesalers and retailers, monitoring sales and market share within the territory.
- Identify and recommend high-ROI strategic activations to improve market and value share.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews to assess target achievement for distributors and the territory.
- Develop business plans to enhance capacity and capability for smooth operations.
Qualification Required & Experience
- Degree in Business Administration.
- Certificate in Advanced Marketing is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
