Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and provide support to internal staff

  • Handle deposits and withdrawals with speed and accuracy

  • Cash cheques and process customer requests

  • Manage drive-through financial transactions

  • Count and package cash deliveries

  • Take inventory of cash drawers at the start and end of each shift

  • Conduct foreign currency exchanges

  • Keep customer records updated in the system

  • Create a warm and friendly environment by welcoming clients by name

  • Balance all cash transactions at the end of each day

  • Address customer concerns and provide helpful solutions

  • Process electronic transfers after verifying all required documentation


Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree
