What You’ll Do:

- Assess loan applications, analyze financial statements, and make sound lending decisions.

- Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and understanding.
- Oversee loan repayments and collections, ensuring financial stability for the bank.
- Contribute to the overall success of the microfinance department by meeting targets and exceeding expectations.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A university graduate with a degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Someone with a recognized professional qualification in finance or banking (e.g., CA, ACCA, ACIB, ICSA, CIM).
- Prior experience working in a rural or community bank is highly regarded.
- A natural communicator with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- An analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
