Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for organization?Starfoods Ltd. in Accra is looking for a superstar Data Entry Officer to join their team! If you have a keen eye and enjoy keeping things accurate and efficient, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
- You’ll be our data detective! Researching incomplete documents and materials to fill in any missing information.
- Transforming paper and spoken words into digital magic! Creating digital documents from scratch.
- Data accuracy is key! Reviewing all documents and information with a fine-tooth comb, and flagging any errors or inconsistencies for your supervisor.
- Taking data from the real world to the digital realm! Entering data into our digital databases and backing them up regularly.
- Keeping our information organized! Updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems.
- Data glitches? No problem! You’ll be responsible for monitoring and fixing any errors or inconsistencies in our databases.
- Need a report, spreadsheet, or document? You’ll generate and export them based on our needs.
- On top of data, you’ll also handle essential clerical tasks like filing, managing office supplies, scanning, and printing.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone with at least 1 year of experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
- Typing skills that would put a champion to shame!
- A master of time management and multitasking, able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- A software whiz comfortable with data capturing and office management programs like MS Office and Google Suite.
- An accuracy superhero! You can handle large amounts of data with precision.
- A database guru with a solid understanding of digital and paper filing systems.
- Someone familiar with administrative and clerical operations.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to focus for extended periods.
