Role Overview: Fulfillment Operations Professional
As a Fulfillment Operations Professional, you will join the team responsible for managing orders, handling medical products, and ensuring fast, safe deliveries from Zipline’s distribution center to health facilities. Your work directly impacts patient care and healthcare accessibility.
What You Will Do
1. Customer Service & Order Fulfillment

Act as the first point of contact for health facilities placing orders
