We are seeking goal-oriented and results-driven Ghanaians for the position of Front Desk Officer in a prominent security company based in Accra.
Job Summary
As the initial point of contact for both external and internal customers, the Front Desk Officer will adeptly handle inquiries, provide necessary information, and arrange appointments for visitors and callers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors
- Managing security and telecommunications systems
- Addressing queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence
- Transferring calls as needed
- Ensuring messages are delivered to the appropriate staff member promptly
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficiency in ICT, including related software, phone, email, internet, and social media
- Competency in computer applications such as MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a marketing-related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
