Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales and Distribution Department. Reporting to the Commercial Head, the successful candidate will drive regional growth through customer acquisition, distribution, and ensuring the availability of AT products. The role includes maximizing channel visibility, building an effective team, and managing Sales Channels and Partners.
Key Responsibilities
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for all commercial growth activities in their region, including:
- Acquiring GSM and MFS customers.
- Ensuring widespread availability of GSM products such as SIM cards, vouchers, and E-PIN.
- Developing and managing a sales infrastructure to increase active POS, POA, and FL.
- Coordinating with trade marketing representatives to ensure visibility across all channel touchpoints and executing activation campaigns.
- Managing a team of territory indirect and direct sales supervisors.
As a regional leader, additional responsibilities include:
- Developing and mentoring the team, leading by example.
- Providing competitor feedback and local market insights to the Commercial Head.
- Assisting in strategy development and growth planning for the region.
- Establishing strong relationships with the distributor’s workforce and guiding them towards achieving company-wide acquisition and revenue targets.

Qualification and Experience
- University degree in any field, with an emphasis on Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 7-10 years of experience in Sales & Distribution, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing both indirect and direct sales channels.
- Knowledge of telecom S&D and competitor intelligence.
- Experience managing distributor’s workforce.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to motivate teams and explain business rationale clearly.
