ActionAid Ghana (AAG), an Affiliate of ActionAid, seeks an experienced and self-motivated individual to join their team as a Programme Officer.
Role Overview
As a Programme Officer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing partners’ and communities’ understanding of the Country Strategy Paper (CSP) and fostering partnerships and networks with key stakeholders to influence policies and practices. Additionally, you will work to strengthen the capacity of rights holder organizations to engage with government and local authorities, monitor partners’ programs to ensure compliance with ActionAid’s quality programming and financial management procedures, and document and report on changes observed during visits to rights holders and their communities.
Qualification and Experience
- A first degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of two years’ working experience.
Job Circumstances
This is a three-year renewable contract under national terms and conditions, with a salary set at SM2 on ActionAid Ghana’s Salary Structure. The position is based in Wa, Upper West Region.
