Job Description
A personal assistant is required to support senior management with various secretarial and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations, as well as entering data and maintaining databases. The role involves liaising with internal departments, handling phone calls, making travel arrangements, and managing correspondence for senior management. Additional duties include scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, sending reminders, and managing office supplies and mail services. The personal assistant will also prepare facilities for events, arrange refreshments, and ensure adherence to best business practices and etiquette.
Qualifications Required & Experience
Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant. Essential skills include advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in managing internal and external correspondence, operating office equipment, and using appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional interpersonal skills, are also necessary.
