Role Overview: Organisational Effectiveness Manager
The Organisational Effectiveness Manager will support the Head of Organisational Effectiveness and Compensation in designing and implementing strategies that enhance employee capability, performance, and organisational alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities of the Organisational Effectiveness Manager
Performance Management and Organisational Development

Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle, ensuring timelines, tools, and communication are effectively delivered

Provide training and guidance to line managers and employees on performance management processes

Coordinate performance reviews and analyse reports to support decision-making
Training, Talent, and Capability Development
-
Identify training needs in collaboration with line managers
-
Support the development of annual training plans and training budgets
-
Coordinate the design and delivery of training programmes
-
Evaluate training effectiveness and generate reports for management

Provide input into succession planning, talent reviews, and competency frameworks
Systems and Process Support

Work with stakeholders to ensure effective use of HR systems

Monitor Learning Management Systems (LMS) and performance tools

Support the continuous improvement of organisational effectiveness strategies
Qualification and Experience Required
Educational Qualification
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
-
Professional HR certification is an added advantage
Experience and Skills
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
-
At least 2 years in a supervisory position

Proven experience implementing performance management systems

Talent management experience
-
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage

Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
