Job Summary
We are looking for a talented MFS & Cash Assurance Manager to join our Finance Department. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management, this role involves ensuring the integrity of MFS Revenues Cash, preventing leakages, and conducting professional audits to identify and mitigate cash risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and execute all MFS and Cash Assurance Controls as per GSMA MMO CoC requirements.
- Ensure complete execution of MFS & Cash End to End Controls.
- Design, implement, and formalize controls around GSMA MMO CoC and Revenue Assurance/Billing.
- Follow up on GSMA CoC and Cash Assurance alarms and ensure their proper management.
- Deploy and monitor alarms and controls within the MFS Framework.
- Achieve full compliance with the Cash Assurance Framework.
- Provide MFS support to Finance and MFS operations teams through a Business Partnering approach.
- Identify and automate manual controls.
- Document standard operating procedures for all MFS controls.
- Enhance MFS controls to a Managed level.
- Develop a weekly Risk Dashboard reporting on leakages and financial impact.
- Conduct periodic Logical Access Reviews and Wallet Audits on the MFS Platform.
- Assist the MFS Business Unit with monthly updates of the Product Catalogue.
- Perform periodic End to End reviews on MFS & Cash controls to ensure their full implementation and effectiveness.
- Implement standard templates for MFS & Cash Assurance Controls.
- Define key controls and alarms for critical areas.
- Review the adequacy and effectiveness of controls affecting revenues.
- Coordinate with Treasury to resolve bank differences promptly.
- Establish measures to achieve 0% leakages in the MFS and Cash Assurance space.
Risk Analysis on Products
- Conduct risk analysis on products to ensure control impacts are considered.
- Prepare RA Test scenarios for product testing and periodic reviews.
- Monitor the MFS Dashboard for unusual dips and spikes.
- Validate critical changes and modifications on the MFS platform before and after implementation.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT, with a master’s or accounting certification as an added advantage.
- CISA Certification.
- Minimum of 4 years relevant working experience.
- Broad knowledge of operations activities.
- Proficiency in SQL & Oracle Databases.
