Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Officer to join our team in Accra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure satisfaction and building lasting relationships with customers through effective communication. This role requires providing accurate and complete information using appropriate tools, handling customer complaints, and providing timely solutions. Additionally, the Help Desk Officer will maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file necessary documents while adhering to communication procedures and policies. Taking extra steps to engage customers is also essential.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone handling and active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to adapt and respond to various customer personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Minimum HND qualification
