Key Responsibilities of the Deputy CEO Role
The selected candidate will be expected to:

Qualification and Experience Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education:

First degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline.

Second degree in a relevant field such as Banking and Finance.

Membership in a recognised professional body is an added advantage.
Experience:

Minimum of 15 years in the financial services industry.

At least 8 years in a senior management role.

A minimum of 5 years leading cross-functional teams.
Essential Skills for Success
