About the Client Relationship Officer Role
The Client Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and sustaining strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. The role requires regular engagement with clients and internal teams to deliver customised financial solutions that align with client needs.
