Position Overview: Call Centre Representative

The Call Centre Representative plays a central role in maintaining strong relationships between Taxistar and its customers—both riders and drivers. As the voice of the company, the representative ensures that every interaction is professional, helpful, and leaves a positive impression.

This role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls, addressing concerns, and promoting loyalty programs. You’ll act as a bridge between customers and the operations team, ensuring that every query is resolved promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day tasks as a Call Centre Representative at Taxistar Limited will include:
