Key Duties of the Finance Manager Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for:

Preparing and presenting financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.

Leading the statutory accounts preparation and facilitating external audit processes.

Monitoring financial performance and advising management on improvement strategies.

Qualifications and Experience Required
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

At least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

A Master’s degree or a professional qualification such as ICA, ACCA, or CPA is a strong advantage.

A minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within rural banking.
