Key Responsibilities

Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments.

Ensure proper file organization according to company protocols.

Provide ad hoc administrative support around the office as needed.

Perform cashier duties, including handling payments and receipts.
Qualification and Experience

Educational background in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
