1. Fixed Assets Manager – Finance Department
Overview of Role
The Fixed Assets Manager will report to the Financial Controller and oversee the management and accounting of all company assets. A key responsibility is leading the Capital Authorization Request (CAR) process, ensuring compliance with AT’s internal control policies and IFRS standards.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain asset controls in line with internal policies.

Develop and maintain an accurate asset register, including leased assets.

Drive the CAR process and submit reports to Global BDS.

Reconcile Fixed Asset Register (FAR) with the General Ledger monthly.

Lead annual physical asset verification and report discrepancies.

Monitor and manage capital work-in-progress and spare parts.

Support budget and forecasting with Financial Planning Team.

Ensure proper tagging, tracking, and disposal of assets.

Liaise with auditors and ensure proper documentation filing.
Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Economics, or related field.

ACCA/CA certification (part or full) is an advantage.

5–8 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational.

Solid understanding of IFRS and fixed asset management.

ERP and MS Office proficiency (especially Excel).

2. Head of Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics – Supply Chain Department
Overview of Role
Reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, the successful candidate will oversee warehousing, inventory control, and logistics operations across AT Ghana. The role demands strategic leadership and operational excellence in stock handling, warehouse layout, fleet management, and last-mile delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end logistics and warehousing strategies.

Ensure inventory accuracy, safety, and system compliance.

Lead warehouse and logistics teams nationwide.

Monitor distribution costs and optimize delivery timelines.

Requirements
