Customer Service Role Overview

Cool Guy AC is seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to manage inquiries, bookings, and promotions. The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins

• Schedule technicians and confirm service appointments

• Provide information on AC installation, servicing, cleaning, repairs, and promotions

• Track service requests and ensure customer satisfaction

• Resolve complaints professionally and empathetically

• Update customer records and promote discounts and loyalty offers

Qualification and Experience Required

• Excellent English communication skills (Twi or Ga is an advantage)

• Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented personality

• Strong multitasking and organisational skills

• Social media proficiency (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, sales, or call centre roles preferred
