Job Summary
AT is seeking a qualified individual to join its sales and distribution department as an Indirect Sales Supervisor. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the successful candidate will manage retail acquisition channels and collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to meet strategic and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage company strategies and plans within the assigned area.
- Achieve distribution and acquisition targets.
- Oversee subscriber acquisition through Points of Acquisitions (POAs) in the territory.
- Lead, train, and coach personnel under direct supervision.
- Train and manage POAs on activation processes.
- Maintain and grow a productive POA base.
- Ensure adequate availability of SIM and scratch cards at all POAs and POSs.
- Communicate activation targets, promotions, products, and commission structures to POAs.
- Identify market and trade opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Plan, execute, and provide feedback on BTL (Below-The-Line) activities with external agencies.
- Conduct market route work with salesmen or AAD twice monthly.
- Review daily performance by route with each team member against the agreed route plan.
- Ensure proper visibility and display of products in all outlets per company standards.
- Organize and execute agent forums to enhance retailers’ product knowledge.

- Achieving volume and value targets.
- Good product distribution in supervised outlets.
- Meeting operational benchmark standards.

Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in any field or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Studies, or related fields.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a Sales and Distribution role, preferably in FMCG.
- Proficiency in IT software such as Microsoft Office and Distribution Management Systems.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Competent in execution and reporting.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
