Mantrac Ghana LTD is currently looking for skilled Hydraulic Mining Shovel Mechanics to join their team in Accra.
Qualifications and Experience
- Applicants should have at least a MVT/MET Part 1 certification.
- A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in Earth Moving Heavy Equipment or Drill Rigs is essential.
- Proficiency in reading, understanding, and interpreting technical literature is required.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities are necessary for this role.
- Candidates must possess a Ghanaian driver’s license BE.
- Familiarity with CAT SIS and Electronic Technician (ET) systems is expected.
- Experience in Caterpillar Field Service is a plus.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates should be willing to work long hours, including weekends.
- The job may involve working in noisy and dirty environments.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is crucial.
- Excellent reading and writing skills are necessary for this role.
