A reputable non-bank financial institution in Accra, with a nationwide network, is seeking a Customer Experience Executive.
Job Overview
The Customer Experience Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for both existing and potential clients. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries about products and services, addressing complaints, logging significant customer service issues, and providing general information about Bills Micro-Credit.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering calls from clients who seek information, want to register for a loan, or have complaints.
- Effectively probing to determine whether a client’s issue is an inquiry, request, or complaint, and offering appropriate advice based on call center procedures.
- Responding accurately to client inquiries, explaining products and services, and ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
- Actively listening to clients and addressing the concerns of irate callers when necessary.
- Striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering consistent and excellent customer service.
- Participating in training sessions to learn about products, services, and tools, as well as the values of Bills Micro-Credit.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of a First Degree in Communication or related fields.
- Must be under 30 years of age.
- National Service Certificate required.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Executive.
- Fluency in English and Twi is required, along with proficiency in one of the following languages: Kassim, Nzema, Ewe, Waale, Dagaare, French, Krobo, Krachie, or Frafra.
