Overview
Inspire Her International is looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will craft engaging content for our social media platforms to boost awareness of our mission, programs, and events.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation:
- Design and produce high-quality visual and written content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Develop compelling graphics, videos, and infographics to enhance campaign visibility.
- Ensure that all content aligns with our brand identity and messaging.
2. Strategy Development:
- Work with the marketing team to create and implement a social media strategy that aligns with Inspire Her’s goals.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy.
3. Community Engagement:
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages professionally.
- Foster a positive online environment that encourages interaction and engagement.
4. Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for events and initiatives, such as the ‘My First Period Challenge.’
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members, including the Volunteers Coordinator, to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to produce high-quality content.
6. Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
- Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate unique content ideas.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and tools for tracking performance.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic photography skills and a keen eye for visually appealing images.
- Passion for promoting menstrual equity and women’s empowerment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Background in nonprofit organizations.
- Familiarity with topics related to menstrual health, women’s empowerment, and community development.
- Video editing skills and experience with platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
