Responsibility: Estate and building management
Qualification Required & Experience:
- Regular Master’s degree in relevant fields like Architecture, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or Land Economy.
- Final Examinations Certificate and membership in a relevant professional body such as GIA, GhIE, IET, Gh (GhIS), or any other recognized professional body.
- Appointment to the rank of senior estate officer in a university or analogous institution.
- Minimum of four years post-appointment experience with at least five reports or memos for external assessment.
- Experience in a similar position is advantageous.
