A leading credit company in the Greater Accra Region is seeking a Female Account Officer to join their team.
Job Summary:
The Female Account Officer will manage financial records, monitor accounts, and ensure accurate tracking of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and process invoices
- Verify invoices against payments and expenses
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Send bills and invoices to clients
- Track company expenses
- Process refunds
- Collaborate with credit and recovery officers on overdue payments
- Communicate with clients about payments
Qualifications:
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Officer (preferred)
- Age between 23 and 28, residing in Accra
- Knowledge of the microcredit sector (preferred)
- Strong math skills for accurate record-keeping
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills for maintaining meticulous financial records
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Ability to multitask across various accounts and payments
