An esteemed International Manufacturing Powerhouse is seeking a highly qualified HR Manager for its manufacturing plant in Tamale. This role requires an experienced professional to align the HR department with the leadership team and manage various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with leadership to align the HR department.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address demands, grievances, and other issues.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring excellent staffing and a smooth onboarding experience.
- Support business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human resources.
- Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the factory.
- Foster a positive working environment.
- Maintain an error-free payroll cycle.
- Provide decision support to management through HR metrics.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements in human resource management.
- Perform necessary administrative duties.
- Handle labor issues with strong capabilities.
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in any discipline, preferably Human Resources.
- At least 8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Residency in Tamale or nearby areas is required.
