Key Responsibilities of the Head of Product & CVM

  • Lead the overall subscriber revenue strategy and deliver strong market performance.

  • Develop cutting-edge product portfolios, especially for voice and data services.

  • Implement data-driven churn management and customer retention strategies.

  • Design and execute Customer Value Management (CVM) campaigns for upselling, cross-selling, and winning back customers.

  • Champion loyalty programs targeting high-value customers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Technology, Sales, Finance, and Customer Experience.

  • Promote automation and advanced analytics to boost CVM process efficiency.

  • Monitor campaign and product performance, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Key KPIs You Will Own

  • Gross Revenue Contribution

Qualification and Experience Needed

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or Business required).

  • 5–10 years of progressive telecom experience, particularly in the marketing or commercial sector.

  • Proven ability in launching customer-centric products and managing lifecycle programs.

  • Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in Excel and visualization tools.

  • A track record of translating complex data into smart commercial strategies.

  • Entrepreneurial drive with speed-to-market execution skills.
