Available Positions and Their Responsibilities:
1. School Administrator

Lead academic strategy and oversee daily operations

2. Academic Coordinator

Qualifications and Experience Required:

School Administrator:

15+ years of experience, with at least 5 in leadership

Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills

Proficiency in educational software and best practices

Academic Coordinator:

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)

8–10+ years of experience in education

Familiarity with quality assurance and student affairs

Career Guidance Counsellor:

Master’s in Guidance & Counselling

Over 10 years of experience in student support

Excellent communication and knowledge of TVET and CBE systems

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
