  • Ensuringefficientbilling,provisioning,andMobileNumberPortability (MNP)resolution

  • Managingteamperformanceandfosteringleadershipdevelopment

KeyRequirements:

  • UniversitydegreeinBusinessStudiesorrelatedfield

  • 3–5yearsofexperienceinenterpriseoperations

  • Stronganalytical,leadership,anddocumentationskills

  • ExperienceintelecomsorIT-managedservicesisanadvantage


LeadtheFutureofRetailasHeadofRegionalOperations
ReportingtotheCustomerExperienceDirector,thisroleoverseesallretailactivitiesacrossGhana,includingfranchiserolloutandcustomerexperienceacrossoutlets.

DutiesInclude:

  • CoordinatingwithCommercialHeadsforretailstrategyimplementation

  • Ensuringstandardisedservicedeliveryacrossallchannels

  • Managingproductavailabilityandteamperformance

  • Rollingoutcustomer-friendlytechnologiessuchasQMSandlivechat

  • Leadingfranchisepartnertrainingandperformanceoversight

RequiredQualifications:

  • Bachelor’sDegree;MBAispreferred

  • 5–7yearsinretailmanagementwith2–4yearsinasimilarleadershiprole

  • Excellentplanning,communication,andpeoplemanagementskills


DriveSubscriberGrowthasAcquisitionsManager
ThispositionwithintheMarketingDepartmentreportstotheHeadofAcquisitionsandisresponsibleforincreasingsubscribergrowthandacquisitionrevenue.

CoreResponsibilities:

  • Leadingacquisitionstrategydevelopmentandexecution

  • Collaboratingwithsalesteamstodrivequalityacquisitions

  • Reducingsubscriberchurnthroughtargetedcampaigns

  • Managingdevicepartnershipsandwelcomeofferpackages

  • TrackingacquisitionKPIs,regionalgrossadds,anddecaymetrics

QualificationsandExperience:

  • Bachelor’sinEconomics,Statistics,Engineering,orBusiness

  • 5–7yearsofmarketingexperience,preferablyintelecoms

  • Data-drivenwithexcellentExcelandcommunicationskills

  • ProvenexperienceinbasemanagementandCVM
