We Are Hiring a Loan Officer
Duties
The Loan Officer will be responsible for managing group formations, overseeing 3 to 4 groups daily for five days a week, and collecting weekly cash collaterals and installments. Additionally, they will collect weekly security deposits from organized groups and prepare a semi-annual loan disbursement plan for group members. Loan disbursement must adhere to the company’s regulations. The officer will also handle the collection of weekly installments from disbursed loans and complete loan application forms, along with daily realizable and realized information sheets. Techniques must be developed to efficiently collect defaulted or late payments to minimize overdue loans.
Qualifications and Experience
- Good communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience
- Minimum qualification: HND or Degree
