Role Overview

The Sales / Customer Service Officer will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, handling sales transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every client.

Location: Dansoman – Accra
Position Type: Full-Time

Qualification Required & Experience

To qualify for this role, applicants must have the following:

• Educational Requirement: HND or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A customer-focused attitude and ability to work under minimal supervision

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email)

• Previous experience in sales or retail is an advantage but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with inquiries and product selection

• Provide accurate information about flooring products and promotions

• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions

• Process sales orders, quotations, and receipts efficiently

• Maintain a neat and organized sales area

• Support management with daily administrative and reporting tasks
