Role Overview
The Sales, Marketing & Customer Service Admin Assistant will support three key business areas — sales, marketing, and customer service.
You’ll work directly with senior staff, engage customers, and gain hands-on experience through CETECH’s internal mentorship, training, and short courses.
Location: Ashaley Botwe, School Junction, Accra
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary Range: GHS 2,500 – GHS 3,500 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Working Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Monday to Saturday; 5 working days with one off day)
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support

Serve and assist walk-in customers with purchases.

Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking with procurement.

Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and performance reports.

Process orders and oversee delivery or service arrangements.
-
Maintain CRM systems and customer data records.
-
Support client follow-ups and schedule meetings.
2. Marketing Support

Assist in executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.

Design flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.

Manage social media accounts and website updates.
-
Track campaign results and compile analytics reports.

Help organize events, promotions, and product launches.
3. Customer Service Support

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-store visits.

Manage product returns, complaints, and feedback tracking.

Update customer logs and satisfaction records.

Ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
4. Administrative Support

Maintain internal files and documentation.

Support scheduling and calendar coordination.

Prepare presentations and administrative reports.

Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and partners.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Age: 18–28 years
-
SHS, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

Own Laptop (mandatory for work use)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to learn fast, multitask, and pay attention to detail
Preferred (Not Mandatory):

Experience with CRM, Canva, Mailchimp, or social media tools

Basic knowledge of graphic design or content creation

Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
