A well-established company in the sound and audio industry is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join its growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing daily administrative operations and ensuring efficient office coordination.


Job Summary

The ideal candidate must demonstrate:

This role requires someone who can efficiently manage office functions, support management, and contribute to smooth day-to-day business operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate active calendars for management.

  • Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments.

  • Ensure proper file organization according to company protocols.

  • Provide ad hoc administrative support around the office as needed.

  • Perform cashier duties, including handling payments and receipts.


Qualification and Experience

  • Educational background in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Prior knowledge or experience in sales will be an added advantage.
