The Graphic Communications Group Limited (GCGL), Ghana’s leading media and communications company, is seeking Commission Sales Executives to join its dynamic sales and marketing team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about sales, advertising, and client engagement, with a strong drive to meet revenue targets across multiple media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Successful applicants will:

Prospect and sell advertising spaces in both print and digital/social media platforms.

Promote and sell all GCGL products and services, including Graphic Courier Services, Graphic Packaging, and book printing.

Actively seek new clients and develop strong business relationships to grow advertising revenue.

Work collaboratively with clients to design effective advertising campaigns, choosing suitable publications and digital channels.

Provide timely feedback from clients to management to enhance service quality.

Meet weekly sales targets and maintain accurate reports of all client activities.

Promote and secure sponsorships and partnerships for Graphic Group events.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must have:

An HND or First Degree in Marketing from a recognized tertiary institution.

At least 1 year of post-National Service experience in a sales or marketing environment.

A valid driver’s license (required for field operations).
