Location: Accra (with coverage in Kumasi, Tema, Takoradi)
Salary Range: GHS 3,000 – 5,000/month
Working Hours:

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate product listings with major retail chains (Shoprite, Melcom, MaxMart)

• Coordinate in-store promotional displays and manage in-store promoters

• Analyse market data and report on sales and competition

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and logistics teams

• Travel across regions for supervision and project execution

Qualifications Required:

• Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or Supply Chain

• At least 3 years in FMCG/channel sales (1+ year in modern trade)

• Excellent negotiation, coordination, and English communication skills

• Familiarity with local languages is a plus

2. FMCG Sales Representative (12 Positions)

Location: Based at CalBank, Graphic Road (Travel across Ghana required)
Salary Range: GHS 2,000 – 4,000/month
Working Hours:

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage regional FMCG distributors

• Conduct visits to retail shops and roadside vendors

• Achieve sales targets and submit regular market reports

• Monitor competition and gather customer feedback

• Lead product promotions and retail activations

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum diploma (HND or above), preferably in Marketing or Business

• At least 1 year in FMCG or product sales (fresh applicants with potential considered)

• Fluent English; local languages (Twi, Ga, Ewe) are an advantage
