Atlantic Concepts Ghana is hiring for the following positions:

  1. Administrative Secretary
    Ensure smooth daily operations by managing schedules, coordinating travel, maintaining records, and serving as a vital point of contact within the office.

  2. Data Entry Clerk
    Keep digital systems organised by entering accurate data, maintaining filing systems, reviewing records for accuracy, and generating useful reports.

  3. Accounts Assistant
    Support financial operations through invoice processing, bank reconciliation, payroll assistance, and financial reporting.


Key Responsibilities for Each Role

Administrative Secretary

  • Manage meetings and appointments

  • Answer calls, emails, and direct enquiries

  • Organise and update filing systems

  • Coordinate travel bookings

  • Prepare and edit reports and documents

  • Maintain clean and professional office space

Data Entry Clerk

  • Enter data into databases

  • Create digital records

  • Monitor and update records

  • Review data for accuracy

  • Generate reports and perform system backups

Accounts Assistant

  • Process invoices and payments

  • Maintain financial records

  • Assist with payroll

  • Perform bank reconciliations

Required Qualifications and Experience

All applicants must be based in Accra and meet the following:

Administrative Secretary

  • HND or higher

  • Prior administrative experience

  • Proactive and detail-oriented

  • Excellent computer and typing skills

  • Multilingual is a plus

Data Entry Clerk

  • HND or degree

  • 2 years of experience

  • Strong typing and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite

  • High attention to detail

Accounts Assistant

  • HND or degree in Accounting or related field

  • 2 years’ work experience

  • Understanding of basic accounting principles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Strong integrity and communication skills
