Drive Strategic Education Research in Ghana
As Research Director, you will develop and implement T-TEL’s research agenda in line with Ghana’s national education priorities. Working closely with the Board’s Research Committee and Senior Management Team, you will ensure that all research efforts align with the organisation’s vision of delivering improved learning outcomes for all.

Additionally, you will work closely with T-TEL’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) team to ensure alignment between data-driven programme implementation and long-term research goals.
Requirements for the Role
Qualifications & Experience:

PhD in Education or a related field.

At least 10 years’ experience in applied research and education programme design.

Proven record of peer-reviewed publications and influence on policy.

Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.

A strong understanding of Ghana’s education system.

Successful track record in managing and securing research grants.
