• SeniorLecturer –PhD,atleastfouryearsasLecturer,minimumfiverefereedpublications,strongrecordofsupervisingundergraduate/post‑graduateresearch,maximumage50.

• AssociateProfessor –MeetsSeniorLecturercriteria,plusfouryearsasSeniorLecturerandatleastsevennewrefereedpublications,maximumage55.

• Professor –MeetsAssociateProfessorcriteria,plustwoyearsasAssociateProfessororextensiveuniversityexperience,atleasteightnewrefereedpublications (or20sinceSeniorLecturer).Allprofessorialappointmentsarebytenure.
