Responsibilities: What the Role Entails
The purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient and safe movement of ore, construction material, waste, and workers underground. As a Railway Maintenance Manager, you will:

Lead preventive maintenance and urgent repair tasks.

Required Qualifications and Experience
To qualify, candidates must possess:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, Civil Engineering or Building Technology with 4–5 years of relevant experience, OR

A Diploma in Engineering with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
Certifications Required:

Engineering Superintendent or Sectional Engineer Certificate of Competence from the Inspectorate Division of the Minerals Commission (IDMC).

A Professional Engineer (PE) Licence from either the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE) or the Institution of Engineering and Technology, Ghana (IET-GH).
