Join a Leading Finance Team as an MFS Cash Assurance Analyst
The successful applicant will work within the Finance Department and report directly to the MFS Cash Assurance Manager. The role focuses on ensuring full implementation and execution of billing controls under the GSMA Mobile Money Code of Conduct (MMO CoC), reducing financial leakages, and enhancing revenue assurance mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities of the MFS Cash Assurance Role

Implement all end-to-end MFS controls across the business.

Design, execute, and formalise billing controls in line with GSMA MMO CoC standards.

Identify exceptions and resolve alarms related to MFS and cash assurance frameworks.

Partner with Finance and MFS operations teams to enhance business controls.

Automate manual controls and document standard operating procedures.

Conduct periodic access reviews and wallet audits to verify role-based access.

Update the MFS Product Catalogue monthly.

Perform end-to-end reviews to ensure key controls are fully in place.

Investigate bank discrepancies with daily follow-ups alongside Treasury teams.

Conduct risk analysis on new and existing products.

Prepare billing test scenarios and engage in periodic testing processes.
Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; a Master’s or accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is an added advantage.

At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

Sound understanding of operations, billing systems, SQL, and Oracle databases.
