Job Opportunity: Internal Auditor

Purpose:
We are seeking an Internal Auditor to provide independent assurance on the effectiveness of our risk management, governance, and internal control processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute internal audit plans
• Submit annual and quarterly audit reports
• Ensure compliance with audit recommendations
• Monitor adherence to policies and procedures
• Collaborate with external bodies for relevant information
• Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in internal auditing

Key Competencies:

• Strong auditing knowledge
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficient in report writing
• Ability to handle pressure
• Familiarity with Public Financial Management Act, Internal Audit Agency Act, Public Procurement Act, and Banking Laws/Regulations in Ghana
